This policy describes how 4MusicArt Tarnów processes personal data submitted via the contact form and in connection with our music school activities.

Via the contact form: name, email, phone, optionally child age, lesson type and message. We do not collect more than you voluntarily provide.

Purpose of processing

Data is used solely to respond to inquiries, schedule trial lessons and communicate about our offer. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact kontakt@4musicart.pl to exercise your rights.

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising tools. The Google Map on the contact page may set its own cookies per Google's policy.
